WORMTOWN (HADLEY?) ROCK Dom’s “Living in America” owned 2010.

In a year where the only party anthem we could all agree on was Auto-Tune the News' "Bed Intruder" remix, it's no wonder Boston turned inward to reconnect with its native rock scene. Through a newfound appreciation of our live venues and the bands who fill them seven nights a week, as well as the outpouring of feeling brought on by the death of local icon Billy Ruane, 2010 brought out the pride in our city's thriving scene. Here are the highlights of a fantastic, if emotionally draining, 2010 in Boston rock and pop.
